Policies

Here at BAMB we appreciate our clients and respect the time we have scheduled for them. Availability is currently in high demand so if you are unable to make an appointment we appreciate the opportunity to offer that time to someone else.

Late:

We ask that if you are running less than 10 minutes late please just shoot us a text, 207-299-5649 giving us a heads up. Anything over 10 minutes, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. text/call/e-mail

Cancellation:

We understand that life happens. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please let us know at least 48 hours in advance when possible. text/call/e-mail

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the massage cost may be added onto the cost of your next visit. If you do not contact us and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the massage fee to be added onto your next visit.

Refusal: 

We reserve the right to refuse any client for any reason. If we feel you would be suited with a modality we can not provide, or if cancelling/ missing appointments becomes habitual we may advise you to seek an alternate establishment.
