Athletic Massage

30 minutes: $40
60 minutes: $70
90 minutes: $100

Athletic Massage is deeper tissue work with focus on joint mobility while helping with stretching, broadening, and elongating the muscles.

Engaging in sports and exercise is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Athletic Massage helps reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, improve soft tissue function, decrease muscle stiffness/fatigue and enhance overall athletic performance.

Deep Tissue Massage

30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $80
90 minutes: $110

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid in recovery and  rehydration of the fascia.

Custom Massage

30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $80
90 minutes: $110

The Custom Massage is to take all the guesswork out of choosing the right massage. Together with your massage therapist you can discuss your expectations and desired results to find the optimal treatment for you. With the custom massage, you will be getting a therapeutic massage with the option of add-ons such as Deep Tissue Massage, Kinesiology Taping, Hot Stone Therapy, and more. If you are interested in one or more of the add-ons, simply ask your massage therapist about it at the start of the massage.

Cupping Therapy

30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $75

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which special cups are placed on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. The cups can be left in one area to help with "knots" or they can be moved across the skin to help loosen layers of muscle fibers and connective tissue as well as help break down adhesions.

People get cupping for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
