Athletic Massage is a deeper tissue work focusing on areas of overuse or injury, common with athletes.

Engaging in sports and exercise is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Athletic Massage helps reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion, improve soft tissue function, decrease muscle stiffness/fatigue and enhance overall athletic performance.

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid in recovery and  rehydration of the fascia.

Cupping Therapy

30 minutes: $50
60 minutes: $85

*** Temporarily Unavailable***

Cupping therapy or vacuum therapy is an ancient form of alternative bodywork in which specially designed cups (silicon/plastic/glass) are placed on your skin creating suction. The cups can be left in one area to help with "knots" or they can be moved across the skin to help loosen layers of muscle fibers and connective tissue as well as help break down adhesions. This is a alternative form of deep tissue work.

People get cupping for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, and as an alternative to deep-tissue massage.
