Clients can undress to their comfort level, however; with this massage it is acceptable to wear shorts and for woman also a sports bra depending on area of focus and what the desired result is. This is due to the stretching and movement during the massage. (Example) For runners this means the leg will be uncovered to bend at the hip and knee, or off the edge of the table. This allows stretching and working with the hip joint. Please note, if you choose to get undressed you will be modestly covered at all times.
